Z-scores are a fundamental tool in the Lean Six Sigma methodology. They quantify how much a data point differs from the mean. By transforming raw data into normalized values, Z-scores allow a simpler understanding of individual data points relative the whole dataset. Leveraging Z-scores can improve process analysis. Identifying outliers becomes
